Always keep these products refrigerated preferably in an air-tight container - they like to keep their cool. 😎

VIENNOISERIES AND 2XBAKED CROISSANTS

When keeping pastries overnight, keep in an air-tight container and refrigerate.  If keeping longer, store in the freezer.  For pastries with icings and toppings we recommend keeping at room temperature and consumming within the day.

When you want to enjoy your pastries, follow the reheating guidelines below to get them as close as possible to that freshly-baked-goodness.  It’s an easy extra step and so worth it.

REHEATING

VIENNOISERIES, CRUFFINS, AND 2XBAKED CROISSANTS

1. Use a convential oven to reheat your pastries. For pastries that are glazed or have fresh toppings (such as fresh fruit) we recommend consuming within the day at room temperature. (**Air fryers also do a good job reheating but since they're vastly different from each other we can only offer the following as guideline: decrease time by half and reduce temperature about 10° F.)

2. Preheat oven to 275°-300°F (135°-149°C). If reheating frozen pastries, this is a good time to take them out of the freezer and leave at room temperature.

3. Place pastries on a baking tray and reheat for about 10 minutes for Viennoiseries/ Cruffins and about 15 minutes for 2XBaked Croissants (add a few extra minutes if you’re reheating from frozen).

4. While waiting we suggest reflecting on all the good things in life or making your favourite coffee or tea.

5. Once the time is up, reward yourself and enjoy! 🥳

SPECIAL NOTES

MUSHROOM ROLL / CINNAMON ROLL

We recommend using the microwave. Zap on high for 10-20 seconds and it'll be brought back to its nice, soft and fluffy texture. Consume right away!

THICC COOKIE

Microwave on high for 8-10 seconds. The inside will be warm and gooey!

DANISHES WITH COOKED FILLINGS

For our danishes with cooked fillings, we also recommend following our reheating instructions as outlined above. You can also rewarm danishes with fresh fruit by removing the fruit and reheating the base. Or try warming altogether for a pie-like experience!
